Each student of Mountain View Academy will be issued an individual Identification Card at the beginning of every academic year. This ID card will:

• Feature the student’s photograph, name, class, admission number, and other relevant details.
• Be laminated on both sides for durability.
• Be worn every day while attending school.

Students must wear the ID card around the neck on all working days as a mandatory part of the school dress code. Lost ID cards must be reported immediately to the school office, and a duplicate will be issued upon request and payment of applicable charges.
